Similar but not the same. The tattoo looks more like the hobo symbol mentioned previously. The mark that Morgan is following looks different. They could be related, but they could also have nothing to do with each other. I do, however, think that the rapist group could have evolved from a group of hobos/carnies or something, however. It will be interesting to see how it all shakes out.

I think there was more conversation off screen. They just needed the couple of lines in the show so it wouldn't seem like she is totally forgotten. I'm more shocked that the rest of the group doesn't want to try to find her before heading to D.C. Daryl said she is alive, but nobody seems to care (even Maggie). I guess from there point of view they have no idea where to even start to look for her and the risks to the group aren't worth it. And I don't think they will want to let Daryl go find her by himself. Seems like an all or nothing thing until Daryl and Carol see the car and go off on their own.

I found it strange that the only conversation we've had about it was Daryl telling Rick "she's just gone!"

I'll be honest, I saw this posted somewhere else. But wanted to see what others thought. I can make this make sense in my head other than Bob being last in line. IIRC he was 2nd next to Glenn
Holy crap!! It all finally makes sense. Bob was a Terminus recruiter all along. That is why he was crying because he finally found a group he liked and he feels guilty for what he did. That is why Bob was last in the line to be killed at Terminus because he worked for them and he wasn't going to be killed. He was going to be set free to go get others to come back to Terminus. That's why Bob said once that he was the only survivor of two different groups, yeah, because he led both groups to their slaughter. That is why Bob has a drinking problem...guilty conscience anyone? That is why he tried to stop Gareth from killing them all by saying you don't have to do this...he was making a personal plea to his boss but it wasn't going to work.. That is why Gareth used Bob's name so many times at the bob-b-que because they knew each other."
And then at the Bob-b-que, Gareth says to Bob, "It's ironic that it's you"...hmm, makes you think

Why would they need to put on the show with Bob tied up at the trough? His group was captured and couldn't get away at this point (at least that's what the termites thought). Why continue the ruse at that point?

This still doesn't make sense. Why would the Terminus group need to protect Bob's true identity when they are about to kill and eat the others in the room anyway?

This
It makes more sense that the church is separate (yet troubling/dangerous) entity from Terminus and Bob was a part of the church. Hence his crying outside

Introduction when they arrived at Terminus or maybe they overheard the group talk when they were stalking them in the woods. I may be wrong, but I don't think Bob has any connection with the Termites. He was crying because he got bit and I doubt we learn anything more of his backstory other than what we already know of him being an alcoholic and the lone survivor of his previous groups.

Yes. Bob, Sasha, Maggie, Glenn, Abraham, Rosita, Tara, & Eugene enter to a smiling Mary welcoming them at the BBQ pit. LINK (Warning, really cheesy hippy song!). So it is conceivable that they introduced themselves before realizing the Termites' intentions.
At the beginning of Season 5, when they're all catching up in the boxcar while they make weapons, Abraham said something about telling them about DC and then SHTF.
