And I thought last week's was the finale, so I'm pumped that I still have more Community to watch.
Glad to see the comments on the finale being great and also the comments saying that it sort of harkens back to early in the series.

I'm not anti-meta...I love meta if it's like it used to be early on in the series. But the whole thing recently where almost literally every line of dialogue from Abed is about them being in a TV show is just annoying.
In the first few seasons, no show did meta better than Community. And it was awesome.

I really enjoyed the hell out of it. Some call back jokes. Some meta humor. But overall, a good way to leave the characters. Definitely bittersweet. I would be happy to see a movie, but if this is how they go out, I'm okay with it.
I don't like to get into hyperbole, but if this is the series finale, it's one of the better ones I've seen for the comedies I've watched.

It is everyone, but I thought it was a good commentary on how hard it is to make the show, make the show good, please the fans, and still do what you want as a creator.
The episode served as a good way to send the characters off if that's what ends up happening, but also a good explanation of why it can't keep going on. The characters, the creators, and the viewers (
) all need to start moving on. Keep just a little hope for more, but realize that there may not be more.

Totally agreed. Solid episode, but also a bit of a middle finger to everything that went on for the lifespan of the series. Which I didn't hate. And the close was $$$
