i'm probably in the minority here but is anybody else just completely uninterested in this series? I don't know why, I liked BB well enough but just have no desire to watch this.

No I can understand that. But Saul was my favorite character.

I'm excited to see Mikes story... From the previews, it looks like he is working in the pay booth at a parking lot.
Gonna be interesting to see the back story to that and if he was the guy we knew at that point or if he evolved into Gus's security guy.

Wondering if they'll show the scene mike talks about where he drove the guy out into the desert rather than taking him to jail and threatening to shoot him

I'd imagine it would only be in a flashback... I'm guessing after retiring from being a cop, Mike took this job in the booth for one reason or another and then converted over to the guy we know.
Just odd for him to ever be working in a parking booth, much less have contact with Sal prior to being involved with Gus and that criminal element. Of course, the booth could just be a ploy of some sort, who knows.

I saw Mike in the preview, but do y'all think Gustavo makes an appearance at some point in this show? I forget how Mike, Saul, and Gus came to be.

So it's gonna be heavy with stories pertaining be to BB? I thought there would just be some references and character overlap but didn't think it would be used as a "prequel" for BB. Interesting.
