Nominate the worst TV drama of the past decade.

Vampire Diaries!!! My wife and daughter have recently begun watching the series on Netflix. (Damn you, Netflix!!!) They are half way through the second season and love this crap. I tried to watch a couple episodes with them to be a part of their obsession...I regret it. I was told, "If you liked Buffy, you'll love this." Wrong! The story lines are so dull. The acting is horrible. The cheese factor is off the charts. There are no redeeming factors (except the hotness of a few actresses...but that is not enough).

Secret Girlfriend if that counts. Has to be the worst thing I've ever seen put on television. It is really as if you have a 13 year old who just hit puberty complete creative control over a tv show. It's where he's the star, he's got friends he's much better than, every single hot chick in the world wants to have sex with him (including lesbians), he has no job, and that's really it. If I just wanted to imagine myself having sex with hot chicks, I'll just look at POV porn on Pornhub.

My wife loves vampir diaries and it's spinoff Originals. 
Be warned, the series goes on forever. It's like on season 20 it seems.
