There is another thread but it's 5 am and I'm watching it in Netflix. Got damn. I love this movie.

I think it's probably the best movie of the century so far. I never could read Cormac McCarthy though...I started with "Blood Meridian" and couldn't finish it...never gave him another try. I want to like his writing, but I just can't.

I just read The Road about three weeks ago and really enjoyed it. Will be reading the rest of his novels very soon.

I agree. He doesn't use quotation marks and often uses periods instead of commas. He also doesn't like using colons and semicolons. I get a headache trying to read his novels.

I agree with yall. I can't take his style and his stories are morose.
