The first trailer didn't really do it for me but now I'm looking forward to it.

Can't wait. I'm so pumped for this movie. Such an incredible story.
And oh yeah:
I mean, damn.
And oh yeah:
quote:
"We shall go on to the end. We shall fight in France, we shall fight on the seas and oceans, we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our island, whatever the cost may be. We shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender" -- WC
I mean, damn.

Those Stukas though... I love that sound. This movie is going to be amazing in IMAX. I can't wait to see the authentic WWII-era plane that Nolan purchased for 5 million just to strap IMAX cameras to it and intentionally crash it. I'm not even sure that's ever been done before for a movie?
Edit: on a second viewing, I applaud this movie for keeping things as realistic as possible. My example? The friend trying to save his sailor comrade from the sinking ship's momentum pulling him under with it.
Anyways, HYPE

It'll be the best film ever.

Nolan is known for this. For the movie interstellar he had physicists have veto power on A number of science related shots to ensure it was as accurate as Hollywood would get
They straight up made advances in the field and published research based on the science they covered for the movie
