Season finale (ep. 8) had lots of action but wrapped up weirdly fast - almost like a 1-hour network police drama.
Seemed as though the producers expected to shoot 10 episodes but had to finish it in 8.

Yeah. I don't know what happened. After they extracted the girl to the yacht. And she slapped her. I spaced out. Then I was watching Keiffer Sutherland at a bar for five minutes before I realized it was a different show.

Just finished this last night, and I’m surprised by how much I actually ended up enjoying it. I really expected it to go full on women are so strong and powerful, and there were moments, but it was never really over the top. I think it was pretty well cast, and there were interesting storylines. Is it high art, no, but it was an enjoyable season, and I’d watch a second. I really thought I’d dislike it, but it turned out to be a nice surprise.
Nicole Kidman’s face is looking like a mask however lol, the oldest daughter sucks, and the dialogue is a bit silly at times, but those are really my only negatives.

Looks like she has had a lot of work done to her face. I put Kidman up as one of the most over glorified actors in show business and bad fit for that role. Through 2 episodes this series is looking very mediocre. Wonder if the Mayor is Kingstown is going to be shite canned after all Renner's significant injuries.
