Phone app view here, basically let's you see what is popular, popular in the last 24 hours, and search netflix. You can play on the website version and see what is coming and leaving by month. It has always been free for me

Do you use/have instantwatcher which links to Netflix so you can add movies/shows?

No.

I don't think I need it...I just piggyback on a friend's account because they talked me into it. I just noticed it's not completely user-friendly (at least on XB1) and was wondering if I could view entire genres, which it appears that I can't.

You can view more on the NetFlix website. I understand not defaulting to everything on a console/streaming box, but it is crazy that they don't give power users the option.

I may have to just browse NF online every now and then and go from there.

Also, in reading about other peoples' issues with this, I am seeing another complain that I have with it. Sometimes the lists will be things like "Popular on NF" and the next one is "Recently added to NF," and they are both almost identical lists. It just feels really redundant, especially considering how limited it already is.

Ummm, yeah. I always assumed they had most all movies. Am I wrong for that?

You and I are in the same boat. I'm thinking that I should be able to find most "popular" movies on there.

I was 0-4 Saturday with movies i was looking for on there

I usually just go to the search and type in "the" and it gives you basically everything where I just scroll down until I find something. It even searches movies without the in the title

Just curious but which shows were you searching for that weren't HBO or South Park?

Is South Park gone? I watched the entire series on there like two years ago (kind of awhile back but it was there).

Another premium show they had on there awhile was Spartacus, but it was only the first season a few years back.

The movie selection is sub par, but there are some that I like. Django Unchained, Bottle Shock Insidious and a few others that are good.

One thing I don't get, is why is Star Trek Into Darkness on there, but not the first one? You would think they would have both if they have the rights to one.

Just FYI, I just checked and Instantwatcher isn't an app for iPhones.
