Most of mine already named, but recently a buddy who's way into F1 racing made me watch Senna, about the late driving star and it was unreal.

Cropsey (Free on Hulu)

Freaky, creepy, awesome and true.

Before I watched Catfish, I had already heard the rumors it was possibly a hoax. Even knowing that, I still enjoyed it. I do not think it has ever been fully proven whether it truly was a hoax or not? Has it?

Either way, I would still consider it a documentary.

either way?

so if it's a fictional movie made by a production company, you still consider it a documentary?

I'm not familiar with "Catfish"

What's it about? What's the controversy?

Meaning, until it is a fact that this was fiction, I will consider it a documentary just as Netflix. iTunes, etc does.

If it is proven or uncovered to be fictional I would not be surprised though.

Without giving too many spoilers. It is the documentation of someone that becomes friends with someone on the Internet.

The controversy exists for a few reasons such as the how much they documented, how well done the film was (audio, etc), there are also questions of legitimacy of some of the online conversations and the "time stamps" of these conversations. There are many other reasons these are just a few.
