Where the Red Fern Grows
Frosty the Snowman, when he melts in the greenhouse
A made for TV Garfield movie in the 80s, Otey gets taken to the pound.

A movie hasn't made me cry since I was about 10.

The old man at the end of Home Alone. Got me the first time I saw it in 1991, when I was 26.

When they had George Costanza cry to the same scene on Seinfeld, I didn't feel so bad about it.

My Sister's Keeper.. I'm out on pediatric cancer, I think I cried during that one..

Sad movies that I enjoyed:
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
About Time is a good one
Atonement had a pretty sad ending

I don't typically like or watch sad movies unless it's something the gf chooses, so my list is pretty limited

Man on fire - a few scenes with that music get me.

We are Marshall - the montage while the final pass is in the air.

Daredevil Season 2 - Graveyard scene with the Punisher talking about his daughter gets me everytime

Death of Yondu in GOTG. "He may have been your father, boy, but he wasn't your Daddy."

Same. Me and my 4 y/o watched it the other night for probably the 15th time and I still balled my eyes out.

Art of racing in the rain
Toy Story 3. In the incinerator

Sidenote: if I just mention Marley and Me in conversation, my wife will start crying.

I have a different perspective from that scene. I was with my grandmother the night before she died in her sleep. She was asking for her father and why he left her. My grandmothers father killed himself. That scene fricking broke me.

The finale scene of "Ghost"

If you've eat he'd the whole film and you're not bawling like a little girl at this scene then you have no soul. It's probably the most emotional thing I've ever seen in a movie.

Not a movie, but The Pacific when Sledge goes hunting with his dad.

The second to last episode when Sledge addresses his PTSD on the lawn hit me personally. Too many memories.

If you’ve had dogs come and go then Marley and Me is tough to watch, as was A Dogs Purpose — and Ol’ Yeller of course.

1. The ending scene of The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance...

The train conductor saying, "Nothing's too good for the man who shot Liberty Valance" to Jimmy Stewart.

2. Field of Dreams

"Hey Dad...wanna have a catch"?

3. Empire of the Son

When the parents are coming to pick up their children and Jamey starts stroking his mother's hair.

Every single freaking time...
