MTV Challenge Rivals 3

I see the newest challenge season start May 4th and is going to be Rivals 3 with coed teams according to their site. They have the team pairings listed and Johnny gets to team up with Sarah. At this point, does MTV just try to give him the easiest possible way to a final? Seems like total bullshite to me. He has pissed off plenty of girls yet they pair him up with one of the strongest competitors.
Also, Are You The One has taken over and makes up half the cast which sucks.

I'm not a fan of Johnny but he does keep it interesting. I don't have a problem with him having a stronger competitor. I honestly don't care who wins all that much and if the main entertainers (Johnny, CT etc) were to leave early, then I'd lose interest in the show quick.

Last season kinda sucked once the entertaining veterans left. I too wish CT was on there. Johnny used to really bother me but he has kinda mellowed out a little. He went so long without winning and now he wins a lot so I'll give him credit. I used to like Wes but he kinda sucks now and still acts like he is the top guy there when he doesn't even work out anymore it looks like.
I'm hopeful that one day they can have an all star challenge to bring back some old school guys and girls (Mark, Miz, Alton, Landon, Kenny, etc). I'd like to see a road rules type challenge as well where they drive to each event because I think it would increase the drama having to be stuck in RVs together.

I never watched Are You the One so those people might as well be Fresh Meat. Its the same type of people MTV casts for all their shows anyway.

Why can people not understand this? Everyone bitches about AYTO cast members but they are essentially fresh meat with a potential fan base. It's pretty damn perfect for MTV

They were cast into a dating show and most have no business being in a challenge environment. Fresh Meat at least had talent.

The entire challenge cast was originally cast into a dating show basically. The dudes on AYTO are every bit as meathead douchey jock types as the guys on real world, road rules, and fresh meat

On the real world, you have a handful from each season who translate to a challenge atmosphere and people are familiar with them. Are You The One is an entirely different audience and they are forcing half the cast into the challenge it seems. Pick a few and let them become popular on the show. Don't just throw in as many as you can for filler cast spots to make eliminations easier.
