Ok, pre 90s. I think The Neverending Story has a great story and could use an update.

I'm kinda sick of Dune remakes and/or talk of remakes. Let it die.

The Last Starfighter would be cool - with much better graphics. Team up with PS4 or Xbox One about some tough arse cool game that no one can beat, until you know . . .

There has never been a legit Dune remake.

Throw a budget behind it with some good actors and writers, would make a great two two part series.
