One thing that was always hugely disappointing, was the "hospital" that they blew up. It was about the size of a walk in clinic

I remeber that also. Plus it looked like it was in some suburb. I guess they found a shut down hospital to blow up and figured they would do that instead of a miniature.

page 2 and no one has mentioned how Bale's voice was a huge distraction throughout the whole movie? his voice is on par with Costner's English accent in Robin Hood as far as being annoying.

He walks out of an exploding hosptial in a nurses outfit unnoticed. And Dent has half his face burnt off, tendons and shite showing and walks around like shite didn't happen.

He was only alive for about 48 hours after his face was burnt to hell. That's feasible. I really like Harvey Dent in the comics, but Nolan had the right idea, that being he wouldn't be able to last long without significant medical attention.
