My buddy does panhandle wrestling as an announcer and "manager" and he almost incited a riot one night after the fights. A guy came up with his paralyzed kid in a wheelchair wanting an autograph and my buddy was a "heel" that night so he talked shite to the point where the dad attacked him and they had to get the cops to escort the dad out.

Might be an odd choice and not a GOAT or anything, but Syndrome from The Incredibles. It's been on lately and my daughter loves it, so I guess I just realized how mean he is. I mean trying to kill the kids, calling Mr Incredibles bluff on his assistant, unleashing an unstoppable robot on the city, then trying to kidnap their kid at the end. Pretty viscious for a kid movie.

Very underrated movie btw.
