'Masters of the Universe' loses it's director. David Goyer will now write the script

Per EW, Man of Steel and Batman Begins scribe David S. Goyer is now on the screenwriting case as Sony is meeting with potential directors
Sony sets a release date at the same time it loses it's director lol. Goyer is now writing this film along with the Green Lantern.

McG sucks. Goyer sucks. The outlook on this film went from bleak to bleak.

All that it would take to surpass the original is to set it on Eternia-only instead of Earth and use the toyline/cartoon characters/villains.

i worked an indian dude named orko. I was the one to point out the character to him. he was early 20s and not westernized.
