Masters of the Air New Trailer Released, Streaming January 26th

I’m excited, but good lord the overacting voice of Elvis is ridiculous. How did none of the directors/crew notice this? It completely takes you out of reality everytime he speaks. It sounds so fake the way he speaks, his dialogue is so heavy

I’m excited too, but kind of disagree with this. I think it’s just the timing of his career.

Most of the actors in BoB and the Pacific were relatively unknown at the time, so there wasn’t much to have an opinion on.

But for example, if someone watched Rami Malek win a bunch of awards in Queen before they watched The Pacific, they’d probably say something pretty similar because his character in The Pacific is pretty wild.
