Even at a young age I really hated that Daniel pretty much won on a technicality. If they fought 50 rounds, Johnny wins 45 of them. 2 losses would be fluke shite like the crane kick and 3 would be point deductions for being over zealous. And I always hated that the beef was squashed because he won the tournament. IRL he'd take the biggest arse whoopin ever no later than 5 hours after the tourney. Like one of those arse beatings where the laws have to get involved and they're calling all your friends to the office on Monday morning wanting their testimonies and shite

Plus if you watch closely he actually lands on his crippled leg after the crane kick and then quickly switches legs, he would have at least been flat on his arse
