Hello. Having good comedic timing and being able to deliver the lines IS part of being a good actor.

You can be a bad actor but have good comedic timing

Hmmm.

I hate the movie Drive.

I also hate Boondock Saints and roll my eyes when people say they like it.

That's off the top of my head, I'm sure others will come to me.

ETA: I think most Apatow movies tend to drag on the back end. They could almost all stand to be shorter.

I disagree with that. Timing is part of acting, as are many things. It's not just the conveyance of emotion. Shitty acting is distracting to me, and ruins my enjoyment of a movie.

Yeah, based on his nonsensical argument, anyone could be a great comedian because evidently it requires no acting skills.

Glad to know I could fall back on being a comedy king if the day job doesn't work out. I've at least got that going for me.

It is. You said bad actors could be good at comedy. I disagree.

Rogen is a good comedic actor. Doesn't mean he is a good dramatic actor. He has skills.

Comedic skills are part of the overall acting skill set. You seem to think they aren't. You are wrong.

I'm saying you can be funny with zero acting skills. Clerks is living proof of that.

Both Clerks are horrible. I loved Iron Man 3.

I really don't like Kevin Smith. And I really loved IM3. I understand why people don't like it, but I thought it was funny.

ETA: And apparently liking AHS: Coven is confessional worthy.

I never have gotten Tarantino. It just seems he has violence for the shock value.
