BBCA. Or download it now. It's a one night event.
"Season" is used loosely here.

The first hour is already out on some streaming sites. Just watched. Very intense. I'm not sure we're meant to believe one of the major plot lines. That's all I'm going to say as not to spoil anything.

About to watch.

Is the available torrent the whole deal or will there be another episode tomorrow night?

Not sure if it will be tomorrow night or next week...

Don't need to use torrent, though. Streaming (redacted). Turn popup blocker on.

Thanks for the link - that torrent was slow AF.

Just checked and the second part doesn't air on BBCOne till next week but the whole thing airs on BBCAmerica on Thursday.

Guess I'll watch the first half tonight and then catch the second half of the American airing.

God, I love Idris Elba.

And I think I know which plotline you are referring to and I'm not sure I believe it either.

I guess I'll wait to talk in detail about everything until Thursday when it all airs in the states on BBCAmerica.

All I will say that it was nice of DI Alec Hardy of "Broadchurch" to sublet his place on the coast to DCI John Luther.

BBC does that with alot of shows, does it not?

A Sherlock "season" will be what... 3 or 4 episodes?

They should call them recurring miniseries or specials or what not.

They don't call them seasons, they call them series. In the US sometimes they are marketed as seasons though.

Bump for the American airing tonight.

The whole "season" will be shown in its entirety tonight on BBCAmerica.

I missed this. Anyone know when it will re-air? I searched on my receiver but couldn't find it.

Just got around to watching this last night, and with the way it ended, I assume we'll be getting more Luther?

Is it better than 3? I couldn't even finish season 3 which I would then have to do before I can watch 4. So 4 needs to be asskicking awesome and not Meh, it's alright.

Its just a 2 hr show, not really a season, but I think it'd help to finish season 3 before watching.

ETA: I enjoyed it, wasn't as good as season 1 but still good TV IMO. Plus Ygritte is in it

I think there is talk of a "Luther" movie in the works.

I need closure on Luther and Alice. I don't think there's any way that Megan girl got the drop on Alice.

I saw her in a restaurant in LA about a year ago. A lot of actresses are skinny, but damn, she is really rail thin. Really pretty girl though.
