Lack of Heirs in GOT

These Lords are just not having enough kids
Tyrells- Loras only male heir? Why? Mace lose his junk or something? You don't just have 2 kids.
Lannister- He could have remarried after Tyrion was born deformed and Jamie joined the Knights guard. Keep pumping them out.
Baratheon- get a pass, Stannis tried, Robert was sabotaged, and Reny was gay
What what John Arryn's problem? He raised Robert and Ned and waited till he was like 60 to start pumping out lords of the Vale?
The only house with any sense is the Starks. He is pumping them out and has more sons killed than any other house, and he still has a life male Heir.

Im fairly confident that Robyn is LFs child. Lyssa probably used the same methods as Cercei to keep from having Jon Arryns children

In the books there are more heirs for the Tyrells. Loras is actually the youngest of three sons with Willas Tyrell being the actual heir to Highgarden and Garlan Tyrell after him. They are not terribly important to the books so the show left them out.
In the books Jon Arryn has 3 wives each of whom had many miscarriages until Liza finally birthed him sweet robin. In the books Sweet Robin is very sickly and some think he will die before he reaches manhood. He is only 10ish in the books.
The Lannister's actually have alot of cousins around. Kevan Lannister has another son other than Lancel (named Martyn). If Jamie and Tyrion dont have any more kids then he is the heir to Casterly Rock.
In the books Stannis the Mannis is still alive as is Shireen so there is still some hope for them although there are no cousins past them.

That would make most sense. She is highborn to one of the Stark's closed Allies and she has been with him for years. Their second son should be heir to Greywater watch as Jojen was the previous heir and he is dead.

Martyn was killed by Rickard Karstark though.

Sibling marriages are taboo in this world (for non-Targaryens) but 1st cousins seems to be good to go. Jamie/Cercei/Tyrion's mother was Tywin's first cousin. Weird. smh
