I watched it. I miss Fillion as Hal Jordan. The interaction between lantern and batman was great. Overall it was a good origin story and I enjoyed it.

Also watched flashpoint paradox and I enjoyed that as well. I hope DC keeps pumping out animated movies

I watched it this afternoon as well, and thought it was pretty good also. It went pretty much along with the comic (although if anyone thought that Superman came off as a loose cannon in War, I think he comes off as one more in the comic).

I kind of liked that they chose to use Shazam. Sure, it takes away somewhat from the original Justice League origin story, but I think Shazam makes for an interesting character that could be good for movie/tv format (a child having to cope with being a hero and all). Plus (spoilers)

We now know from the post credits scene that Aquaman will be in the next Justice League movie since it appears they will loosely base it off of the Justice League vol 3 comics.

I actually read the justice league comics and I didn't realize aquaman wasn't in it to the scene during the credits.

Just finished it and I really liked it. Great adaptation of the source material and replacing Aquaman with Shazam took nothing away from the story.

Another great DC animated feature. Looking forward to Son of Batman next.

This.

It was a great movie. DC animated just keeps hitting it out of the park with these flicks and my collection of them is adding up quite nicely.

I really loved the interaction between Green Lantern and Batman. They were really at odds with each other in the sewer.

They portrayed new 52 Superman pretty accurately. It was awesome how he one upped Batman when he addressed him as Bruce Wayne after batman referred to him as Clark. It was even funnier when GL said who's Bruce Wayne.

Wonder Woman was almost like a child with how socially awkward she was. That's one thing about her that carried over to new 52. But she had the most badass fighting scenes in the movie IMO.

Good to see her and Superman's first interaction was like the comics, " Superman: you're strong." "Wonder Woman: I know." I hope they hook up in the next JL movie. It's a strong relationship and could be one of the best in comics in a while. Ultimate power couple FTW.

Great movie and I really enjoyed it. Looking forward to seeing Talia Al Ghul and Damian Wayne make their entrance into the DCAU in Son of Batman.

It still impresses me how DC has their shite together for animated flicks. It's a shame we can't say the same for their cinematic, live action universe.

Saw it over the weekend one of their weaker efforts. What I disliked about it the most is it was yet again another origin story.

What other DC animated movies are origin stories?

There are a few that involve singular character origin stories, i.e. Batman: Year One, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern: First Flight, but the rest of them aren't origins.

It is important to remember with these new DC releases post-Flashpoint, they are restarting these story lines. This movie is the first one released for The New 52. They are going through the reboot phase and this movie was the first book for the new Justice League, sans Aquaman.

I would really like to see a Justice League Dark movie. That would be awesome.

Yea, you can do that too.

I normally don't have a problem spending money on something I really enjoy. Also, if they make money, they'll keep making these movies.

I realized a long time ago they'll make money even if I don't buy it. Been making money the last 11 years I stopped paying for stuff like this

I loved it minus Wonder Woman acting like a child at first in DC. The superman & Wonder Woman sexual tension was crazy, have to have the comic book kiss scene next movie. My wife was watching it with me and said wow they cuss, I laughed a little an said DC has cartoon market while marvel has live action.
Green lantern and Batmans back an forth banter was golden. Shazam was a good add in, didn't miss aquaman at all don't feel like he could have added anything. The throne of Atlantis story was a good one tho.
I am really excited to see the Son of Batman movie. It looks like it will be amazing Ras Al Ghul, Deathstroke , Damian, Talia so many characters. Really hope nightwing is in it since obviously batman is older in this situation, even tho I didn't see him in the trailer.
