I was thinking that it was a "test" and something people have been working on for some time. I don't know who these "people" are yet, but they probably have had several tests, and had people strategically places throughout the world to place said device in each area for maximum effectiveness.

i don't think, but i tell you one thing on i would be wearing a bulletproof vest the whole month of march. The lady said he was shot in the chest three times, seems somewhat avoidable to me.

last post for now, I'll let you guys respond for a change. The chic FBI agent, so is she a dyke, and she is trying to keep it a secret? I to believe it is the main detectives baby. They got drunk together, she slept with him, he gets divorced, and she is pregnant.

agreed, but if he was murdered, he could have been in the shower, sleeping, or hell, taking a crap. You wearing the vest during those times?

I think we'll slowly start to see all these visions become more and more accurate, but, to what end? More than if this already happened, and, will it happen again, I want to know why it happened.
And why that day, what happens on April 29?
And if you can render the whole world unconscious, why just for 2 minutes, is that long enough to do anything? ie: rob a bank, etc.

that TOWER, is a minaret, a muslim prayer tower
it was just in the foregorund of the picture
it looked like a mushroon cloud of some sort and I think the kid saw others passed out meaning he did not pass out,,, so they might learn something from him
the sound was the call to prayer, meaning someone else was awake,,not just the kid

As an aside, I'm loving this show. I missed the first episodes and I've been wanting to catch up on this show. I watched all three episodes today. I'm hooked.

This is just my hunch, but I put this up in case it's right.
But the dude's daughter is alive. If you recall, the electrician character said that they only got about 37lbs of her back for burial and DNA testing said it was her.
She probably stepped on a land mine or something, and someone saved her life afterwards. The army found the remains and figured she had been blown to bits.
His future glimpse shows his daugther lying down, and this is well over a couple years since she died/injured. So she's probably legless, maybe even armless too. But that really kinda sucks for a father to find out the pain and suffering his child has been through, that's why he's not all that happy when he finds her and is sitting at her side.
The Nazi thing, he saw himself freed, and the security officer wasn't a plant.
ETA: I went back to check my info. 3 mins 50secs into 1st episode:
Electrician Character first enters the story at an AA meeting:
"My daughter Tracy was 5'5", 118 pounds. But when the Marines shipped her body back from Afghanistan.....shocked, her remains...they weighed only 37. The only reason i knew it was her at all is they DNA'd what was left."
PS: is his daughter Alex from Lost?

I like the show BUT if they start the "Lost" crap about not answering any questions I will stop watching it. There is no need to insult us time and time again by tricking us to think they are going to start tellings us some real info and then give us somthing totally different.

I think the crows suggest what direction things are going in. I'm pretty sure it's all just urban legend, but there are plenty of stories about the effects of low frequency sound on the brain. The most famous example is probably 7 Hz being the resonant frequency of a chicken's skull that was supposedly found out because some chicken ranch next to some factory in Australia had all of its chickens die. This guy has done research about using low frequencies to shift a person's brain waves and effect their mood while they're conscious LINK
So you have a low frequency sound that is emitted globally that kills crows and makes humans uncoscious. Now that we have the how, the question is why? Why do you knockout everyone on the planet? If you were doing any of the normal heists, political coups, attacks, etc. what on earth would you be doing at a baseball game?
They have my attention.

I love the show but the one thing that's driving me crazy is how they don't have more video of the guy in the stadium. There have to be more cameras in there and around the stadium.

Anybody else pissed that he didn't ask his daughter who the frick D. Gibbons is and why he's such a bad man? Everybody in the world blacked out, his partner is going to die, his marriage is about to end, he's running all over the world freeing Nazis and not knowing what the frick is going on, and he can't ask his daughter what the frick she is talking about?

I do like the show, but my habit of constantly looking ahead kills it for me.
How do you extend this show by more than maybe one more season? If we don't get the answer by the end of this season (as to why they blacked out), that would stink. But if we do, then what the heck do they do for another season or so?

Someone correct if I'm wrong but I swear I remember something like that. So if that's the case, that may answer my previous question, why was suspect zero at a baseball game. We know he talked to D Gibbs during the blackout. Maybe he's not actually involved and is just immune for whatever reason.
I still don't see how you get much beyond season 2 though without totally jerking everyone around.

I just watched the first 3 episodes after yall raved about it. I'm hooked! All these theories sound pretty good. To the poster asking about LOST characters, so far I have seen Penny (a main character), and Charlie is in the preview for episode 4.
