I'm about 4 episodes in and I am already hooked. The acting is superb.

I just started it as well. I'm two episodes in a like what I have seen so far. I can't figure out if Timothy Olyphant not swinging his arms when he walks and not turning his neck is a part of his character or if he does it in everything he's in. I watched the first season of Justified, but I can't remember this trait that seems very apparent in these first 2 episodes.

It's a part of his stiff, angry gunslinger persona. there's a few more affectations you'll notice as well. Just know that if he's smiling or wiping his nose vigorously, someone's getting punched. Bullock is a badass.

Probably the most realistic "talk" I've ever seen on tv. Just amazing.
Also, watching it after seeing Justified, it's easy to see Seth as Raylan's ancestor, completely unrestrained by modern society's norms.

Awesome show. Ian McShane's Al Swearengen is probably my all time favorite character on any show. The only others in the same league that I can think of off hand are Bryan Cranston's Walter White and Tom Wu's Li Jinbao/Hundred Eyes.

Ian McShane makes the show. Just an incredible actor. Olyphant is probably the worst actor of the series. Cocksucker.
