After watching the replay episode Sunday night I had to binge watch the remainder of the series the last few nights. It's a great piece of television.

I binge-watched True Detective over the past two days. TBH, it wasn't all that great to me. I don't watch much TV, but I decided to give TD a shot because of McConaughey+Harrelson and the LA setting. It was better than most TV shows (although that's not saying much), but it wasn't particularly great. The good acting didn't make up for the plot - which basically amounted to an extended episode of CSI, with more adult language/content/tits (including, FWIW, maybe the best I've ever seen).
