Just finished season 1 of The Wire....... WOW

with Omar holding that guy up..... this show is amazing.
i love everything about the show, the only problem is i cant seem to get the names right... so thats annoying but other than that its the best 12 episodes of tv i have ever watched.
it cant get better can it?

honestly everyone. except omar.... idk why, its like everytime someone talks about a character i ask my GF.. wait who is that again? i feel like a nagging girl in a movie

I'm currently halfway through season 3... season 1 was my favorite so far. Not sure if I'm the only one who thinks so. I know what you mean about the names. I had to pull up a character list with pictures while watching the first few episodes.

It's definately the most realistic cop show I've ever seen. Nothing else even comes close.

When they beat people it makes me laugh... Because it happens in real life, but no other show on tv has showed it

i am actually re-watching the wire right. all seasons are great, but 3 & 4 are the peak imo.

Season 4 of The Wire is the best thing that I have ever seen.
The only thing that sucks about the show is that once it is over... You will be stuck with the fact that you will never see TV that good again. Truth.
