Now I want this crossover to happen, thanks a lot dude. What's crazy is that they could easily tie Neeson into the Wick universe after the ending of the 2nd movie.

Despite my fanboy status, I think Bourne could probably take Wick. However, if Wick is sent to take out Bourne (i.e. Bourne isn't aware of Wick coming for him) or if it's the opposite situation and Wick knows about Bourne then I think it's a toss up, although I wouldn't bet against Wick.
Either way, it's a much more interesting match-up than Wick vs. Neeson's character.

Wick is an elite professional... Mills has skills but nowhere near Wick.
For instance, Wick is already fluent in Albanian where Mills needs an interpreter...
