I was really surprised by the Final Jeopardy fail. My first guess was "Kramer vs Kramer", but then I realized that was further back than 30 years, yet I still managed to pull the correct drama out of my arse in time. I don't even pay attention to the Oscars, and I doubt I'd have much success in a real game of Jeopardy against average players, yet I was better than Brad and Ken on that question? Strange.

And they missed two out of three double jeopardies as well.

Weird.

Brad and Ken totally goaded Roger into betting it all on the Daily Double. And he lost.

Oh, and those were some hard arse questions. Elizabethan plays? Oy ve.

Great first day. Roger basically always makes it a true daily double, he just got stumped. The crazy thing is he still has a realistic shot to win it tomorrow. I am definitely pulling for him

Edema was such an easy answer though. Would have set him up nice

And then they laughed when he missed it!

It was a pretty sloppy game today. Roger was in good shape and had momentum, until he made a dumb mistake. Ken and Brad didn't seem as sharp as usual. The categories were pretty tough, but it was weird to see them struggle.

Most of it was stuff I knew, but only when I heard the answer and said,"shite! I knew that!" It wasn't stuff I could just regurgitate automatically.

I didn't know jack frick about Elizabethan plays.

Poor Roger Craig had an opportunity again to jump to the 20000 mark before missing a daily double.

Brad Rutter is a douche.

Ken Jennings rubs me the wrong way.

I was pulling for Roger the Stiff Guy... but he messed up one Daily Double then had to scramble the rest of the way.

I like Ken and Roger.

Both days Roger could have put a nail in the coffins but he dropped a 20000 instead.

Ken got Ruttered again.

I don't understand the hate for Rutter.

Jennings just couldn't beat Rutter on the clicker.

I would have said "Lake Manitoba", too.

Man, Roger missed the DD again. But I love that he had the balls to do it again. That was awesome.

So I guess Brad is the Jeopardy GOAT now

Guess you have to call it that way, yes.

Seems to me that Ken knows more trivia but Brad outbuzzes him on stuff they both know.

Brad was honestly shocked that he won...I bet since he and Roger both got it right, he figured Ken surely did.

Can't believe Ken missed that. That was his game to lose since Brad wagered nothing, and he blew it.

I don't watch Jeopardy hardly ever, but these last couple of days have been great. Roger is awesome, and would've likely won (or at least had a shot) had he not lost a $10K DD twice.

ETA: thanks to y'all for the heads up on this...glad I watched it.

Just watched it. Avoided this thread until it was over. Ken will always be GOAT in my book.

If anybody has the free Crackle app on Roku or any other device, Jeopardy has a ton of old episodes. I watched an episode from 1987 earlier.

Final Jeopardy was sponsored by Eastern Airlines, hahaha.
