I have a serious question about Jack Bauer.
I never got into 24. So I have no frame of reference when people talk about how badass JB is. What makes him so badass? People in this topic are comparing him to the worlds greatest assassin/black ops CIA agents (Jason Bourne). So he must be pretty badass. But why?

Bauer is last simply because he was on network tv. Nothing on network tv can be that badass.
