I mean it's not like they haven't cut/altered other major things at this point.
People just need to accept it is what it is. The show and the books are two different mediums. And yes, it's possible to enjoy both.

But this one is still on another level from any changes we've gotten so far. The plot has been generally the same, but I can't imagine that a very, very significant portion of WoW won't be spent on this subplot. LS and some of the things going on with the Ironborn haven't directly affected the plot all that much compared to what this is going to do.

Exactly. The directors can't include every scene or character from the book. There is simply too much material in a good book for parts not to be changed/eliminated on the big screen.
