What about a memorable quote?
How many years go by before we all agree about how unremarkable of a film TFA is?

Probably the death of Han Solo, just because it was a pathetic way to write him out of the series.

The most memorable moment was that part when it wasn’t anything like the eps 1-3.

Most memorable moment is Rey stealing the Falcon
Also the part where it was way fricking better than the prequels

A lot more than you think.

I must admit, I have soured on The Force Awakens in the two years since I originally saw it in theaters. It just didn't have the feel of a Star Wars film. Episode VII and Rogue One both felt like high-budgeted fan films more than they did entries in the Star Wars Saga.

Kylo interrogating Rey
The opening scene
Kylo vs Rey
"We're Home"
But the best scene is easily Rey's opening. Absolutely perfect. It seems like it came out of a Miyazaki movie. Masterfully done.
Give me a memorable scene in Rogue One that didn't involve Vader mindlessly killing people on a ship that a 4 year old could have come up with.

I always liked
"That's not how the force works!" - Han to Finn
"Oh, you're cold?" - Han to Chewie presumably complaining about the weather.

When Luke blew up the Death Star at the end

"I've got a bad feeling about this."

When the lightsaber flies past Kylo and into Rey's hand while the music plays was pretty memorable

My first thought was, "Which one was The Force Awakens?"

That whole scene was pretty good.
When they've crossed lightsabers and he talks about how he could teach her. Then she remembers the force and really starts to channel it.

Really edgy thread bro.
You probably thought about this while watching it on HBO.
Seems like Disney/Lucasfilm wins

Plenty of member moments for sure though.
Most in your face fan service I ever did see.
I think the next one will be pretty balling though especially if they make Luke a fraction of how powerful he is in some of the books.

The droid please line gets me every time.
Hopefully they do better with VIII, because they are going to get my money anyway.

What about a memorable quote?
There were several.
1. The opening scene with the Rey intro is very good.
2. Kylo showing some new force skills such as freezing a blaster bolt
3. The scene between Kylo and Han before Han dying. It is still debatable if han knew that he needed to die to help Kylo or not.

I think if the rest of the series gets going in the right direction, this film will be seen as the way it was intended to be: an intro and kick off to the new generation of characters and a send off to the old.
