Luanne and her manger babies was pretty annoying. And that voice... but she had a rack!

It's even tough to watch DS9 because she was fairly likeable in that, but she really brings it as a nasty, opportunistic African American version of Hillary Clinton in 24.

Abby from NCIS is horrid to me. The actress playing the part is 44 now. Are there really 44 year olds who dress that way in a professional environment. Then occasionally they try to present her as being exceptionally hot, don't get that. She might be if not for the getup.
