Is Peggy Hill the worst person ever?

She has to be the least likeable character in the history of television.
If it's a Peggy-centered episode I seriously just turn it off.
Pretentious, conceited, manipulative, mean-spirited, selfish, delusional, stupid. She's just a terrible human being in so many ways.
Sometimes I think Mike Judge intentionally made her out to be the villain of the show. It seems like almost half the episodes are Peggy doing something fricking stupid and Hank having to take care of the situation.
I'm sorry, but frick Peggy

Peggy was annoying but in most cases she stayed in her proper place. She didn't annoy Hank at all.
All the others mentioned caused years to be taken from the lives of their respective husbands / family members with their constant BS.

peggy is not likeable but she is interesting. It is a different perspective than the one repeatedly copied by the simpsons.
