Is Garden State any good?

I don't mind quirky comedies with maybe a boy meets girl story thrown in... is that what this movie is?

It's pretty good. Dark comedy. Lots of The Shins.

really good. portman is adorable. def worth the watch. and youll probably find yourself wanting to watch it again in a month

It's an okay movie, but I can tell you that if someone went cold turkey on a daily basket full of brain meds he would be dead. Not giggling and having a good old time with natalie Portman.

FYI My Sassy Girl is my Ace up the sleeve for date night at home. Has never failed.

Exactly. He might be like that after months of tapering down, but cold turkey and he'd be bedridden if not dead

Eta: but other than that, I loved the movie. Great soundtrack.
