Is Chicago Fire considered a good show?

Or did I just happen across a random good 15 minutes last night? I've never watched it and always figured it was mediocre (par for the course in weeknight network TV these days), but the little I saw of it last night I actually liked

First-responder procedurals on network TV have a target audience of fat, middle-class women. I would argue that, by definition, that means it cannot be good.

I do Like the Chicago PD show. I guess you can call it a guilty pleasure
