Still can't understand why HP, as the most famous dude in the wizarding world, can't do better than that skank Jenny Weasley.
I guess when they selected the actress they didn't know she would grow up so homely (and I'm not talking about the aged shot in this thread). This is one place I wouldn't have minded a recast.

If she were my age, she'd be attractive. At her age, everyone is at least somewhat cute. Potter's a rock star. Hot chicks would throw their panties at him.

Harry Potter was very, very remarkably well cast from the beginning, but they certainly miscast Ginny. Then again in the novels I was never a big fan of the Ginny/Harry relationship. Just felt forced and I never got the impression that Ginny had much of a personality.

Seriously, in his sixth year he had girls literally trying to rape him with love potions. I'd basically bring back a different girl a night to the Room of Requirement and do unspeakable acts. And speaking of unspeakable things in the Wizarding World, how is the Love Potion legal? I mean Fred and George sell the Roofie on crack in their store. Thats very much rape.

HP is too good-natured to unremorsefully slay all that witch-tang.
