We watched this as a family last night and it was awesome. The music is amazing and definitely used perfectly throughout. Michael Shannon and Joel Edgerton were excellent per usual.

It actually does have elements of science fiction that were present in Stranger Things. We watched both with our pre-teen boys and they pointed out the similarities throughout the film.
