Excellent cast, with Michael Keaton and Mark Ruffalo standing out in particular.

Deals with a horrible subject in detail but without becoming lurid.

Good reminder of the days when newspapers used to matter.

Enthusiastically recommended.

At first I thought this would be a thread spotlighting the Saw series today. I'm sad now.

Carry on.

Yep, back in the old days (2002). . .

If anything, this movie reminds us how important newspapers are today.

If it takes a village to raise a child, it takes a village to abuse one.
