Honestly, I think the first one a good film, not great...but it is what it is: visually stimulating popcorn flick. The others are simply stupid people continually doing stupid things: bringing dinosaurs to San Diego for starters.

I want to punch my TV right now because my wife has been watching this garbage all day...and I said I would watch movies with her...blah!

Dude...dinosaurs. You'll be fine. Would you rather Steel Magnolias?

I think thats why the reviews for Jurassic World are not calling it a "reboot", but instead claiming it to be the true sequel to the original JP. I agree though, they weren't any good.

The Lost World took a wild turn from the plot in the book. I don't think the San Diego thing was even supposed to happen.

JP3 was so full of stupid that it doesn't merit a discussion.

My favorite part of JP3 is when spino smashes through the huge iron/spiked containment fence only to get stumped by a small steel door.

Some of two wasn't bad, but a large part of it was.

The black daughter was dumb and her gymnastics raptor kick is fricking retarded.

I always like watching the scene where they run into the tall grass and all those guys just get slaughtered by raptors.

The San Diego stuff was stupid. I never understood how everyone on the ship was killed. They were all slaughtered, but the only animals were the little Rex and the big Rex.

Also, fixing the baby Rex's leg was stupid.

When i think of The Lost World, i think of the book. It was fantastic.

I refuse to watch 3. Lost World was alright until they went to SD.

And after the T-Rex killed everyone he went back into the hull and closed the top on himself.

Yea, it made no sense.

I assumed at first that it was the baby that did it, but I don't even think the baby was there on boat actually.

And all the people were killed indoors with the structure intact.

They really didn't think it through.

It was the baby. Malcolm and his gf-ish(? I don't remember if Sarah and him were a thing) found the baby in the holding facility and used it to attract the Rex. They put the baby in the boat and Hammond's grandson went in there and tried to corner it, but the father Rex showed up, and Sarah shot it with a tranquilizer.

The baby wasn't on the boat when it was arriving in SD. The adult T-Rex had to stealthily kill all the people on the ship while keeping it intact and also being silent enough that no one had time to send out a distress call. Then close the top on himself so he could pop out and stun people once they got to shore.

Seriously? The baby wasn't on the boat initially? Holy frick thats even worse than the sudden cliff appearing out of nowhere in JP1

Yep the baby flew back and the first thing Malcolm asks the InGen guy is where's the baby because that's what the adult is looking for.

I read somewhere that in the original script as the boat is leaving for San Diego they show a group of Velociraptors sneaking onto the boat. They're supposed to be the ones that kill the crew. However they decided to edit that out of the script so we're left to believe that the T-Rex did it and then locked himself back in the cargo hold.

I like to think that the last living crew member figured out a way to lure the T Rex back into the hold, but died as the doors shut on the T Rex.
