This is hard because horror isn't really a cut and dry genre. A movie like It Comes at Night was marketed as a horror film, but it's more of a really bleak drama/thriller. I'm also tempted to throw horror comedies like Shaun of the Dead and Get Out on the list. But if we're talking more traditional options, I'd probably include these.
Halloween
The Thing
Invasion of the Body Snatchers
It Follows
The Babadook
28 Days Later
Alien(s)

Just my opinion but I thought this movie was dumb. Didn't find anything scary and the premise was ridiculous, only to be outdone by the ending. Waste of time IMO
