Great movie! Highly, highly recommended. Beautifully shot, great performances, strikes all your emotions, plenty of humor. Just a great overall movie. My favorite so far this year. Watch it with your brother if you have one. Trailer: LINK

Searched, didn't see anything.

Agree wholeheartedly. Acting was definitely on point. Love how the Texas landscape is a 'character' in the film.

I enjoyed it. Pine continues to impress and is massively underrated.

Very good but not great. Massive plot holes (unless the Texas Rangers are the worst law enforcement agency in the world.).

I'd recommend it to almost anybody. I wouldn't preface it with "best of the year".

Saw it earlier today

Really good movie. Not "great", but definitely one of if not the best so far this year. Ben Foster was awesome and brought some unexpected humor throughout, along with Bridges. Chris Pine was solid, anyone who may be turned off because he's in it don't need to be as I remember a few ppl not being a fan of him in it. 8/10 for me

Pine is fine when he's not doing a version of William Shatner. He's really good in this film.

Bridges has pretty much settled into one cowboy character that he's going with until he retires.

Very good movie, only thing that annoyed me a bit was that they were trying to give too much background information on the main characters in some of the dialog and it felt forced.

I've re-watched Crazy Heart many times in recent months. The performance he gave in that movie is incredible. That role had to have been written for him.
