Stumbled on this horror movie 'Hell House LLC' the other day and watched it last night. Was a great concept and for the most part pretty enjoyable. Found myself on the edge of my seat quite a bit. Was one of the better horror / scary movies I remember seeing in quite some time. Had me wondering how I had not heard of it before (released in ~2016).
Just wondering if anyone else has seen it, and if so if there are any other 'under the radar' scary movies like this they can recommend.

Of course, and I wouldn’t really call it under the radar, either. It had two sequels as well, though they aren’t as good as the first one.

Fair enough. Both my wife and I both really enjoy scary movies and neither of us had heard of this one, hence the assumption of under the radar.
