Have you ever seen 'Mac and Me'?

Talking Paul Rudd earlier reminded me of his Mac and Me gag. The movie itself reminds me of Third grade, when we all got to watch it in English class and Math class (same teacher then) back in 1989.
I remember thinking it was the dumbest thing, but now after watching this rundown of the movie, I want to see it again.
It may make Troll 2 and Battlefield Earth look like masterpieces by comparison.

it's one of those movies that has been run into the ground as a "bad movie"
i can appreciate commentary on bad movies, but they get saturated pretty quickly. i have no idea how people can enjoy watching troll 2 over and over
this movie has most of the main gags (see this thread for referenced) run into the ground over various media

I've seen it a few times, and it's not horrible when you're ten years old. But all in all, it's definitely not good.
But the Rudd/Conan thing is fantastic and always has been.

I mostly remeber that thing they did with their hands up under their mouths and whistling. They also brought the kid back from the dead, and drove off in a Pink Caddillac at the end.
The really "bad" stuff was the things like the five minute dance number in McDonalds and Coca Cola being like medicine to the aliens.
I still forgot most of it, I thought it was a rip off of ET as an eight year old though.
Didn't make half of it's $13m budget back.

I think I still own it on VHS. Got it free at McDonalds

This was actually in theaters in 1988. I remember seeing the previews on TV and it was sold as the next E.T. Like others have said, it was a big McDonalds and Coke commercial with aliens. I saw it once on HBO or Showtime and I don't remember much about the movie itself.

This movie is so bad it boarders on great haha. The whole dancing in the fast foods restaurant scene is ridiculous, yet I always watch it. Paul Rudd has done a great service on Conan keeping it in people's minds
