I've gone...went into the theater, realized it was way too packed and the remaining seats sucked and I wasn't in the mood anymore - and got my money back and left.

The previews? No. They're not a representation of the movie itself so that would be ridiculously stupid to do.

I have not, but I understand.
By the time they show all the damned commercials and previews, I'm done with my popcorn and looking forward to leaving, and the movie hasn't even started.
