Not very funny, but a very nice person. Therefore, is funnier than he really is

He has about 10 specials on Netflix right now.

I strongly disagree.

Don't get me wrong he's very funny, but much comes from the fact that he's likable (and his delivery).

10 specials, got to be kidding me. That shows the state that we're in at the moment.

Well it's actually 3 if I'm correct and it's not like other comedians don't have that many specials out. John Mulany already has 2. I think he falls more into your "likable" category.

I don't like him standup wise, but love him in Broad City. He has a very Luke Wilson vibe to him where he's best off playing the funny but not insane guy.

I love Hannibal. I can see where his delivery may not be for everyone but his joke about New Orleans is one of my favorite comedy bits of all time

I agree. The joke about the rat in the Coop's bathroom is near perfection.

I mean. I feel like this is a big part of being, you know, a comedian. Hilarious bits and crap delivery, you're just not funny.

He's got some misses for sure, but overall I think he's quite funny. His delivery is what makes it. And he is a great "b-list" supporting character in shows.

Reminds me of a joke from the Bieber roast, from Pete Davidson:

"But all joking aside, Bill Cosby hurt those women and didn't give a damn about the consequences, the fact that Hannibal Burress would become famous."

Listened to his interview with Joe Rogan's podcast. I like the dude and how he's handled his recent success.
