Several key personnel got stabbed in this episode. Will there be a new Commissioner?

BD Wong.

He was also the marriage counselor in The Ref.

He was also Father Ray on OZ.

He stole the show in the movie The Freshman (grossly underrated comedy).

Great episode last night! The police station is the most dangerous place in Gotham

I'm loving Hugo Strange.

I was little upset Ed was arrested but I loved seeing him manipulating the inmates.

I liked the line by Barnes and Gordon's response:

Barnes: "Maybe you should be running things then."

Gordon: "Maybe I will someday".

I also loved seeing Bruce stare at Azrael with awe has he was scurrying up the wall, and through the rafters. I guess he won't forget that image.

Gotham is my favorite show. In fact, it's the only drama show I'm watching right now. My only quibble is the actor playing Galavant/Azrael. Does anyone else find him terribly miscast? As Galavant, he always looked way too goofy to have the charm or charisma to hold the part of some master leader. And he looks to skinny and nerdy to pull off this physically imposing character. For some reason, he bugs me more than Fish did. Not sure why.

Never thought about it, but I would say no.

I guess because I don't analyze it this much but

not even close for me.

And I could live without hearing it ever again.

B.D. Wong was an inspired choice to play Hugo Strange. I'm loving every minute that he's on screen.

Also...this show has vastly improved from season one to season two. The difference in quality is night and day.

Yes, he was. One of my wife's favorites is "Father of the Brde". When I pointed out that Strange was Martin Short's assistant in "FotB", she couldn't believe it*.

*She likes Gotham, but we have to watch it during daylight hours. The amount of blood and dark tone scare her.
