She's playing him for all he's worth. I don't think I'd call that "happily married".

A wedding without a slaughter makes me nervous. Must mean an even bigger slaughter is coming up.

So many great moments and lines in that episode.

My initial favorites:

Moment - Jon beheading Janos Slynt.

Line - Tyrion of course in response to the guy rubbing his head for luck, "It's better luck to suck a dwarf's cock."

The Dothraki would have been extremely disappointed by that wedding.

"And gold will be their shrouds"

FWIW, a lot of these storylines have either changed or crept past where we are in the books. Especially the Sansa/Littlefinger storyline.

The Janos Slynt beheading has been a long time coming. The North Remembers, Janos.

They have changed that storyline up quite a bit, but I kinda like it.

IRL the actor playing Tommen is a lucky little bastard.

I know there's some that hate it, but I think there's always going to be some that hate any changes from the books to the show. But with the way certain characters arcs have been laid out or omitted all together on the show, it makes sense. And I've enjoyed the other changes D&D have had like Arya and Tywin's interactions in Harrenhal.

It also may actually help tie some other events back into the show that otherwise may not happen (which we can't get into here yet obviously). It brings back some motivations for other characters. I'm looking forward to seeing how it plays out.

And now Brienne and Pod are on their way to Winterfell in pursuit of Sansa. That could be interesting.

I'm not a big fan of it, mostly because LF marrying Sansa off to Ramsay is pretty much the single worst marriage he could have given Sansa diplomatically speaking, and also I know what Ramsay does to his wives. Sansa suffering through that.... sweet Jesus. He treats Reek much better than he treats his wives.

Yeah, and I personally can't wait to see how the Sansa/Ramsey marriage plays out. You know Littlefinger has absolutely no intention of letting that freak marry Sansa. So I can't wait to see what his true intentions are.

I thought I read on here that the Sansa storyline was one of the ones that passed the book

To be fair, he also wasn't married to the actual Sansa Stark either. With Littlefinger hovering, the first time he pulls some shite it's his arse.

I very seriously doubt LF has any intention what so ever with letting that marriage happen. I have a feeling his end game is to grab control of the north, and get revenge against the Boltons. Plus he's bound to know that Stannis is fixing to march on Winterfell. So hopefully Stannis is the true alliance he's seeking.

We last see Littlefinger and Sansa in the last book leaving the Eyrie.

That said, we do see a Ramsay marriage pact in the books. It's a different storyline though with several different characters from various locations in the world involved as well.

i'd imagine that he is just using this as a holding pattern so he can marry sansa and take the north, while being lord of harrenhall, the veil, and winterfell.

It has, but there's no way in hell book LF would marry Sansa off to the Bastard of Bolton. Black Walder (the guy who killed Catelyn Stark) would be a better match than fricking Ramsay for god's sake. In the books, there is a plot with LF attempting to marry off Sansa, but it's with a much, much better match that actually benefits LF.
