ok, semantics then. Jorah told Tyrion don't let them touch you, or you're done. Gilly said her infected siblings were led out to the woods and presumably killed or driven off. Stannis said he was advised to send her away to Valyria (I think), to live the rest of her life out with the Stone Men.
It sounds like a death sentence, and Jorah keeps looking at his wrist and then hiding it, like it is.

But Stannis searched until he found a way to stop the disease. Shireen was scarred, but not progressing, and not infectious- he'd stroke her face. He'd touch the scars, and not get it himself. And it doesn't appear to be a daily "scrub with this lotion" type of fix, it seems like it's been neutralized permanently.

Jon Snow is probably dead, but Jon Targaryen is not.

Who was talking a few episodes ago about how it was very unlike Ned Stark to father a bastard child? I believe he saved one of the Targaryen kids during the war which elevated the Baratheon's to power and raised him on his own.

So, when Jon is resurrected, it's as a Targaryen, and not a Snow, which means, technically, Snow is dead.

Val in the book hints that greyscale can not be cured and it can not be stopped from spreading. She tells Jon to get that girl far from here before she spreads death. It make me believe that it's just dormant sitting in her and can reactivate at any time.

Stannis said "that wasn't Ned Stark's way", when his wife referred to Jon Snow as Neds bastard with some tavern wench.

As to the rest of your post.

Gilly said her infected sisters were kept out in a store house or something of that nature and the longer they stayed there the more they started to sound not like themselves or human or something along those lines.

I took it to mean they started to sound like zombies or wild animals. Gilly said it was worse at night.

Intriguing theory, you should post it in the Crackpot thread.

In the book, one of Tyrion chapters I believe, it states that only those infected as a child could survive.

Correct survive unknown if they are truly cured or if they can still spread it.

according to the wiki, Alliser Thorne's loyalty before coming to the Wall is stated (what House he fought for). Is this stated in the show, too?
I looked him up mostly to get the spelling right, but it was interesting to see where his loyalties lie. I wonder how that may tie into any future behavior.

He's nasty, but he does say Jon Snow is "a good man" for what he does, but that "it will get them all killed". He almost could be seen as a drill sergeant type of guy, who's very discouraged by the way things have gone, and has little long-term hope of success. If that's the case, I wonder if his outlook (and attitude) would change if someone from the right house made a play for the throne.
