I will say that the Oberyn/Daario fight would be the best of any of them.
The one that surprises me the most is the Jon is leading again Loras. Jon is a tactician and good swordsman. Jaime kind of sees Loras as a young mirror image of himself. I think Loras is a better swordsman than Jon though I think Loras loses to all of the people seeded higher than him.
Brienne and Qhorin is another interesting fight. I think this one would be much closer than the score is saying. I think Qhorin is a do what you need to do to win kind of guy. Could be cheap shots or face to face, he does what he needs to do.

Manticore poison was never meant to kill him during the fight. it was meant to draw out a long and agonizing death that in fact left Gregor comatose. Only after there was no hope of saving him did Qyburn "do what he did" (trying not to spoil anything)
