But we know that she is running like a bat out of hell from someone in the season 6 trailer. I don't see her hurdling off of buildings to try and avoid the waif. If she isn't running from Jaqen, then who is she running from?

The HS has already been planting that seed about his mother in Tommen's head. In this episode, I think he even directly said to Tommen in the Sept "Margary is not like your mother". I can't remember exactly the whole exchange but it was a definite dig at Cersei.

and at present, a VERY interesting "calm" has been established in king's landing. the tension between the church & crown has been resolved, the common poeple obviously approve of it, they seem to like tommen & margaery, and bloodshed has been avoided.
in the short term, i would think that the present situation there is "preferable" to dany riding in with tens of thousands of desert warriora and three dragons, coming to tear down walls & shite. if the people (and their lords and armies) get comfortable with a new status quo, and can focus on the threat from the north, what do they need dany tp overthrow the crown for?

I think in the trailer she is running away before Jaqen finds the dead waif body with no face. She's gotta catch that boat before he catches up to her!

So the next episode features the writer's favorite sequence in 6 seasons of this show so far. I have no idea what that could be.

Pretty sure getting needle and running away ends her chances of working for the faceless men once and for all. Killing the waif will get her off the hook because the faceless God will have his due, but that's the end of her career as an assassin.

What about Lancel? Did they just show him on the steps to beat a dead horse that he's with the HS? Maybe, maybe not. It could be foreshadowing.
Think about this. My crackpot theory. Lancel, has seen political shenanigans before. The HS is obviously in it for power. Who better to recognize the power grab of the HS than Lancel? Lancel had a first hand look at the political machinations of the Lannisters. The HS was smiling at the end of the showdown with the Lannisters and the Tyrells. Not a trait of a devout man which he is supposed to be. Maybe Lancel noticed this? Not now, but in the future.
Lancel gave up a lot to become a devotee of the HS. Certainly more than his brothers in the faith militant, who I'm sure was a step up for some of them.
I theorize that Lancel will turn on the HS. Maybe to become the HS himself. I mean who else has given up more than him. He is a true devotee.
I say this thinking that I'm reading to much into the situation. I'm not sure that D&D would do it, but I'm sure that GRRM could do it. Not that he will. It's just my crackpot theory.

They did do that close up of Lancel at an odd time. Would be great if he and Kevan Lannister had a plan to take over the Lannister family.

There is something else going on in Arya story line.
If she kills waif, she knows she will be marked for death by the facedancers and they will get her probably sooner rather than later.
