Im not against a girl being a main character or a black guy. Im just skeptical that the writers and director forcing a social message instead of making a great movie. I dont want the star wars ruined by social justice preaching.

Anyone who has even remotely followed the Star Wars universe realizes that the Force isn't exclusive to gender. And I'll take a female actress, especially if she's a solid one, in a lead character if it's original content and pertinent to the storyline (which most agree will be).
And given what I've read about who Boyega may be (I won't say for the sake of spoilers) it fits right in with the flow of the storyline.
Bitching about gender and race in a movie when it makes sense with the storyline it's as ridiculous as using actors/actresses of a certain gender or race just because.
